Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the Kit Empreinte Famille sur Plexiglas for a gift. The kit itself was really good quality, and the instructions were clear, which was helpful for getting a good print. Everything felt sturdy. My only real complaint was the shipping time; it took about 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the purchase and the final product looked great.

Consistently good quality

This was my third order from LouYou, this time for a Support en bois personnalisé. I previously got a Kit Empreinte Bébé and a Décoration murale en bois. They are always reliable. The quality of the wood is consistent, and the engraving is precise. What I appreciate most is that I know exactly what to expect. Each piece has arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. It's why I keep coming back.

So happy with this!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Coffret cadeau famille and it's absolutely perfect! The Kit empreinte mains et pieds is such a lovely idea, and the materials feel really nice. I can't wait to do this with my kids! The whole unwrapping experience was delightful. I'm definitely going to shop here again for future gifts. So glad I found LouYou!

Detailed review of Kit Empreinte Duo

I purchased the Kit empreinte duo, and overall, it was a positive experience. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I found it easy to customize the text. Delivery took just under a week, arriving in protective packaging, which was important for the plexiglass. The kit included everything needed: the plexiglass, paint, and clear instructions on how to get the best impression. We did one handprint on each side, and the paint came off skin easily with soap and water, which was a relief. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps include a small practice sheet for those who are a bit nervous about getting it right on the main piece, but the included materials were generous enough that we had a little room for error. The final product looks very professional and now sits on our shelf as a lovely Souvenir de famille personnalisé. I was very pleased with the quality and the end result.

Plaque received, looks good

Got the Plaque plexiglas personnalisée. Arrived on time. Quality is solid. No issues. Recommended.

Cute baby gift

I snagged one of the Cadeau de naissance personnalisé items for my sister's baby. It was super cute and came in a nice box. The paint for the handprint seemed safe, which was a big plus for her. She loved it. It just felt like a sweet, thoughtful gift. They really did a nice job with it.
